Shipping Recommendations & Important Information

Our aim is to make receiving your jewellery as simple and enjoyable as possible. For orders travelling outside Europe; we recommend choosing Express Shipping wherever possible, helping your order reach you as promptly as the available service allows. For your convenience; the shipping prices displayed below include applicable customs duties and tariffs covered by our shipping arrangements, so you can shop with greater peace of mind.

 

Delivery Timeframes & Unexpected Delays

While we always do our best to ensure your order arrives within the estimated delivery timeframe, circumstances beyond our control; including customs clearance procedures and delays involving our shipping partners, may occasionally result in a longer wait. Delivery estimates are therefore provided as a guide rather than a guarantee and we are unable to provide advance notification or compensation for delays. If your order has not arrived within 7 days beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at shipping@heartinhands.ie. We will be happy to look into the matter and do everything reasonably possible to help resolve the issue as efficiently as we can.

COLLECTION:

We are delighted to offer in-store collection at Heart in Hands, on Quay Street in Galway City Centre, giving you the opportunity to collect your online order in person at a time that suits you.

 

When will your order be ready?

We aim to have most orders ready for collection within 1–2 days of purchase, depending on the item ordered. We will let you know as soon as your order is ready, so there is no need to visit us until you have received confirmation.

 

How will I know when to collect my order?

To make things as convenient as possible, we will notify you by text message and/or email, according to your preferred method of contact, as soon as your order is ready for collection.

 

What if I cannot collect my order straight away?

We understand that life can get busy, so we provide a collection period of 21 days from the date you receive your initial collection notification.

  • After 7-Days: If your order has not yet been collected, we will send you a friendly reminder.

    After 21-Days: If your order remains uncollected, it will be cancelled and 90% of the purchase price will be refunded to your original payment method. The remaining 10% will be retained as a cancellation fee to help cover the costs associated with processing and holding the order.

We kindly ask that you collect your order within this timeframe, allowing us to continue providing the best possible service to all our customers.
