Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your jewellery purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our policy below.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase/order number is required
Please contact us before sending any return so we can assist you with the process.
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges for eligible items within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty or damaged:
- Custom or personalised jewellery
- Resized or altered pieces
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale or clearance items
- Special-order items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
International Orders & Customs Fees
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or courier handling fees charged by their country.
If a package is refused due to unpaid customs charges and returned to us, shipping and return costs may be deducted from any refund issued.
Important Notes
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns
- We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit
- Items showing signs of wear or damage may not qualify for refund or exchange
